Pan Gongsheng, administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) recently met with a delegation headed by Larry Fink, Founder and Chairman of BlackRock, Inc. Both sides exchanged ideas on issues such as conditions of the global economy and financial markets.
