Announcement No. 1 [2018] of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange

Pursuant to the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Foreign Exchange Administration and the relevant regulations, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange has formulated the Regulations on Foreign Exchange Administration for Domestic Securities Investments by Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors, which are hereby promulgated and shall enter into effect as of the date of promulgation.
