2025年9月9-10日，由中国人民银行浙江省分行、国家外汇管理局浙江省分局、浙江省总工会主办，浙江省财贸工会、中国人民银行浙江省分行工会、绍兴市柯桥区总工会联合承办的2025年浙江省银行金融市场专业人员竞赛决赛在绍兴柯桥成功举办。 本次竞赛以“开放便利、汇及万家”为主题，充分发挥“锤炼技能、互学互鉴”浙江省省级职工职业技能竞赛平台作用，旨在促进浙江省银行机构进一步学习领会外汇和跨境人民币便利化政策，精准推动国家外汇管理局赋予浙江的各项便利化举措有效落地，为浙江省市场经营主体提供更加专业、优质、全面、周到的综合跨境金融服务。 本次竞赛共有50余家银行、近200名选手参加，经过激烈角逐，18名个人选手和15家银行团体最终脱颖而出荣获一、二、三等奖。个人赛第一名经浙江省总工会核准后还将授予“浙江金蓝领”荣誉称号。 近年来，面对更趋复杂的外部环境，国家外汇管理局浙江省分局坚决贯彻落实中国人民银行、国家外汇管理局决策部署，坚持目标和问题导向，聚焦市场需求，促进外贸和外资稳健发展。2025年以来，外汇局浙江省分局聚焦深化高水平开放，出台深化义乌国际贸易综合改革、自贸区大宗商品资源配置枢纽建设两项金融指导意见，优化跨国公司本外币一体化资金池业务试点。聚焦提升外汇服务水平，1-8月全省套保率较2024年提升8.4个百分点，实施县域跨境金融服务三年行动，推广惠企“之江易汇”微信小程序。聚焦强化开放监管能力，有效防范化解跨境风险，建立省市联动、行局协同、本外币一体化的联合研判工作机制，稳慎推动外汇展业改革，实现展业改革地市全覆盖。 下一步，外汇局浙江省分局将继续深入贯彻落实国家外汇管理局各项工作要求，发挥“以赛促学、以学促用”良性循环，不断提升全省银行机构外汇和跨境人民币专业水平，围绕建设 “更加便利、更加开放、更加安全、更加智慧”的外汇管理体制机制，推动各项跨境贸易投资便利化举措走深走实，为浙江高能级开放强省建设贡献力量。 2025-09-22/zhejiang/2025/0922/2237.html
