被执行“不申报、不解付”特殊处理措施后，申报主体和经办银行应当如何处理？ 《国家外汇管理局天津市分局国际收支统计间接申报“不申报、不解付”特殊处理措施管理办法》（津汇发〔2022〕90号印发）第十条规定： 对于被执行特殊处理措施的申报主体，经办银行和申报主体应当按以下规定办理： （一）经办银行应督促该机构通过纸质申报、电子凭证申报或网上申报方式逐笔补报其此前未按期申报的涉外收入款项，并通知其在被执行特殊处理措施期间，应以纸质申报方式完成新收款项的申报，但完成补报前不可办理新收款项的解付手续。 （二）申报主体履行补报义务后，应向国家外汇管理局天津市分局提交《逾期未申报数据补报情况报告》。 （三）国家外汇管理局天津市分局对申报主体提交的《逾期未申报数据补报情况报告》核实无误后，对其签发《逾期未申报数据补报确认书》。 （四）申报主体应当以纸质申报方式完成被执行特殊处理措施期间新收款项的申报。经办银行审核无误后，凭申报主体提供的国家外汇管理局天津市分局为其出具的《逾期未申报数据补报确认书》，方可为其办理相应款项的解付手续。 2023-10-17/tianjin/2023/1017/2295.html
