In the fourth quarter of 2023, China's current account registered a surplus of RMB 398.3 billion, including a surplus of RMB 1108.8 billion under trade in goods, a deficit of RMB 440.2 billion under trade in services, a deficit of RMB 301.9 billion under primary income, and a surplus of RMB 31.6 billion under secondary income. In the capital and financial accounts, reserve assets increased by RMB 87.4 billion. In the capital and financial accounts, reserve assets increased by USD 12.1 billion. In the US dollar terms, in 2023, China's current account recorded a surplus of USD 264.2 billion, including a surplus of USD 608.0 billion under trade in goods, a deficit of USD 229.4 billion under trade in services, a deficit of USD 129.6 billion under primary income, and a surplus of USD 15.2 billion under secondary income. In the capital and financial accounts, reserve assets increased by USD 15.6 billion. In SDR terms, in the fourth quarter of 2023, China posted a surplus of SDR 41.7 billion under the current account, including a surplus of SDR 116.1 billion under trade in goods, a deficit of SDR 46.1 billion under trade in services. 日前,国家外汇管理局公布了2023年四季度及全年国际收支平衡表初步数据。国家外汇管理局副局长、新闻发言人王春英就相关问题回答了记者提问。 问:2023年我国国际收支状况有何特点? 答:国际收支平衡表初步数据显示,2023年我国国际收支保持基本平衡。其中,经常账户顺差2642亿美元,顺差规模与同期国内生产总值(GDP)之比为1.5%,继续处于合理均衡区间;跨境资本流动趋稳向好,来华投资总体保持净流入格局。 一是货物贸易顺差规模为历年次高。2023年,我国国际收支口径的货物贸易顺差6080亿美元,仅次于2022年顺差规模,为历年次高。其中,货物贸易出口31796亿美元,进口25716亿美元,均处于历史较高水平。2023年,我国经济持续恢复,对外贸易韧性增强,货物贸易进出口规模逐季抬升,支撑我国经常账户保持较高规模顺差。 二是服务贸易运行更加均衡。2023年,我国服务贸易逆差2294亿美元,呈现有序向疫情前水平恢复态势。一方面,旅行、运输仍为服务贸易的主要逆差项目。其中,旅行逆差1806亿美元,赴境外留学和旅行支出规模已恢复至2019年的近八成。另一方面,服务贸易顺差项目保持增长。其中,咨询、广告等其他商业服务顺差380亿美元,维持在近年来较高水平,较2019年增长96%;电信、计算机和信息服务顺差192亿美元,较2022年增长8%,较2019年增长1.4倍。 三是来华投资总体呈现净流入态势。其中,外商股权性质直接投资全年净流入621亿美元,四季度净流入规模环比明显提升。经初步测算,全年来华证券投资亦呈现净流入,四季度净流入规模达到近两年高位,9至12月外资连续净增持境内债券累计逾600亿美元。以上显示更多外资来华投资兴业和配置人民币资产。 展望2024年,我国发展面临的有利条件强于不利因素,经济回升向好、长期向好的基本趋势没有改变;市场普遍预计主要发达经济体央行将开启降息周期,外部金融条件更趋缓和。随着内外部环境总体改善,我国国际收支更有基础和条件保持基本平衡。 2024-02-18/safe/2024/0218/24007.html

日前,国家外汇管理局公布了2023年9月末中国外债数据。国家外汇管理局副局长、新闻发言人王春英就相关问题回答了记者提问。 问:请问2023年三季度我国外债情况如何? 答:2023年三季度,我国外债规模略有下降,结构保持基本稳定。截至2023年9月末,我国全口径(含本外币)外债余额为23829亿美元,较2023年6月末下降509亿美元,降幅2%。从币种结构看,本币外债占比45%,较2023年6月末上升1个百分点;从期限结构看,中长期外债占比44%,与2023年6月末持平。 问:如何看待当前我国外债形势? 答:外债规模下降主要受银行外债余额下降影响。2023年三季度,银行外债余额下降551亿美元,对外债余额下降贡献率为108%。 预计未来我国外债规模将继续保持总体稳定。主要发达经济体货币政策紧缩渐近终点,相关外溢影响将逐步弱化。总的来看,我国发展面临的有利条件强于不利因素,经济回升向好、长期向好的基本趋势没有改变,外债规模继续保持总体稳定的基础依然牢固。 2024-02-22/ningxia/2024/0222/2282.html
